Beth Long Hardy, 82, passed away on August 7, 2025 at Clover Manor in Auburn.
Beth was born in Portsmouth, NH on April 8, 1943 to Albion and Mildred (Vickery) Long. On December 26, 1959 she married Douglas Hardy. They lived in Auburn for many years before retiring to Madrid.
Beth worked at East Auburn IGA as a cashier, Schooner Estates, and CMMC as a housekeeper.
She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Merit.
She is survived by her husband, Douglas; son Brian Hardy and his wife Sherri of Turner; grandchildren Brandon Hardy and companion Rubina Shaikh of Kennebunk, Erin (Hardy) Cote and husband Raymond of Canton; great grandchildren Alexis, Kelbe, Charlie and Lila.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Clover Manor for their compassionate care during her illness, as well as give a thank you to Andwell Hospice for keeping her comfortable.
No public service will be held.
