Charity
Welch
April 25, 1975 — July 8, 2026
Livermore - Charity R. Welch, 51, passed away on July 8, 2026, in the comfort of her daughter’s home.
Charity was born in Farmington, ME to Zaradie Moody and Scott Welch on April 25, 1975. She graduated from Jay High School in 1995.
Over the years Charity held many jobs including her favorite and most talked about position at the Farmington transfer station where she loved operating the heavy equipment and joking around with her co-workers.
Charity had a passion for crocheting, sewing, drawing, gardening and in recent months found joy in playing Animal Crossing with her daughter Breanne and granddaughter Isabel. She enjoyed living in Wiscasset by the ocean with her partner Dennis Judkins and her two much loved dogs Annie and K. She loved camping at the Happy Horseshoe Campground, thunderstorms and shooting squirrels from her bird feeder. She was caring and loving and will be missed by so many people that she interacted with on a daily basis, whether it was family or the stores and restaurants she frequented.
She was predeceased by her mother Zaradie, her father Scott, sister Hope, sister Faith Mason, brother Matthew, grandmother Elonor and many more.
She is survived by her partner Dennis, her 3 children Breanne Cochran, Dakota Cochran and Sarah Cochran; her grandchildren Isabel Harnden, IvyRose Ridley, and Charlotte Ridley.
Charity had no plans for her death as she felt she’d go when the time was right. She always said she’d be happiest in a coffee can. However; she was so loved. A Celebration of Life will be held at her daughter’s house to celebrate and honor her memories. All that knew her are welcome to come. Details will be shared in the coming days.
Arrangements are under the care of Dan & Scott’s Cremation and Funeral Service, 488 Farmington Falls Road, Farmington, Maine, where photos, memories and condolences may be shared at www.dsfuneral.com
