Karl Wesley Greenman, of Farmington, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, after a courageous five-year battle with cancer. He was surrounded by family and friends who cherished him deeply. Born on August 25, 1957, in Farmington, Karl was the son of Claire Yvette Roy and Forrest Wesley Greenman Sr. Karl shared a beautiful life with his wife, Carole Greenman, whom he married on September 1, 2002. Together, they built Breezy Hill Farm in 2008, a testament to their shared love for the outdoors, gardening, and honeybees. Their adventures often took them traveling with friends, exploring the roots of Maine, and creating lasting memories. A dedicated trail master in Cambridge, Maine, Karl was an active member of the Cambridge Cruisers and played a pivotal role in organizing the annual Make a Wish Foundation Cambridge Cornfield ride for over ten years. His passion for life was evident through his many hobbies, including auto racing, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, hunting, fishing, and his artistic pursuits across various mediums. Karl began his career as a Bovine Podiatrist in 1977, supporting the Agricultural Industry with unwavering dedication. He often remarked, "I never worked a day in my life," reflecting his deep love for his profession. His commitment extended beyond work, as he rarely missed his grandchildren's school functions or sporting events, always prioritizing family. Known for his warm and friendly nature, Karl made friends wherever he went and was extremely loyal and devoted to every friendship made. Karl is survived by his loving wife of twenty-two years, Carole Greenman; his children, Angel Webb (spouse Derek), Liza Gallant (spouse Brad), Jeremy Greenman (spouse Jasmine), and Travis Greenman; and his cherished grandchildren, Seth Gallant, Leah Gallant, Andrew Greenman, Reid Greenman, Kaylynn Greenman, and Connor Greenman. He is also survived by his siblings, Gail Greenman, Karlene Cloutier, Cindy Silva, and Forrest Wesley Greenman Jr, along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, a special aunt Connie Blaisdell, three brothers-in-law Ray Audet, Michael Cloutier, David Silva, and a niece Shanna Papworth. A celebration of Karl's life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Franklin County Animal Shelter, honoring Karl's love for animals.
