Farmington – Madison Marie Hebert, age 16, passed away on April 10, 2026. Madison was born on October 23, 2009, the daughter of Dennis Hebert and Deirdre Jordan. Madison was a beautiful soul who enjoyed her life to the fullest. Being a teenage girl, she loved doing her nails and hair. She always enjoyed hanging out with her friends, playing Fortnite with her brothers and making TikTok videos. One of her favorite foods, Taco's. "You better pray they have Taco Bell in Heaven". She loved being Aunty to her nieces, Novalynn, Riplee and Brealynn. Madison had a wonderful smile that could brighten your day and was such an inspiration as she fought the great fight during her long hard battle. Her parents kept her going, being her source of inspiration to keep fighting. Madison was predeceased by her grandfather, Brian Jordan, and her cousin, Gage Edwards. She is survived by her parents, Dennis Hebert and Deirdre Jordan; stepmom, Christina Thibodeau; siblings, Carter Hebert, Cameron St. Pierre, Sara Hebert, Antonio Iadarola and Amber Proctor; grandparents, Amanda Dubois, and Denise Berube and Raymond Berube; her aunts, Brandi Edwards, Nikki Doucette, Sue Hebert, and Meagan Jordan; uncles, Brian Jordan, Tim Hebert, and David Lausier; and cousins, Jaycee Jordan, Trinity Jordan and Isaac Jordan. Madison also leaves behind her boyfriend, Anthony Crocker, who stuck by her from the beginning of her illness. A memorial service in, Madison's honor, will be held on Friday April 17, 2026, starting at 5:00 pm, located at Dan and Scott's Funeral Home, 488 Farmington Falls Road, Farmington Maine.
