Lewiston – Norris Allen True, age 75, passed away on February 6, 2025. Norris was born in Farmington, Maine, on September 11, 1949, the son of Ralph Norris True and Dorothy (Redlevske) True. He grew up in Mercer, Maine and enlisted in the Army from 1971-1977. Norris attended Skowhegan High School, a graduate of the class of 1967. He worked for a time at the Madison Maine Post Office, as a taxi driver also in Madison, and the Lewiston Racetrack as a Para Mutual Clerk. His hobbies were woodworking and gardening. He was predeceased by his partner, Sandy Philbrick; parents, Ralph and Dorothy True; and one sister, Margaret True Brown of Madison. He is survived by his sister, Elaine Hilton and her husband Alan of Mercer, Maine; his brother Earl True and his wife Judy of Florida; and his nieces, nephews and cousins.
