Pauline enjoyed participating in activities, especially Bingo and music.
Strong – Pauline Lambert, age 84, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2026, at Edgewood Nursing Home in Farmington. Pauline was born on October 9, 1941, in Fall River Massachusetts, the daughter of Aram and Cora (Roachford) Lamothe. She attended Catholic school in Fall River.
Pauline married Paul Lambert, the two were married for 25 years, during which time she and Paul had 2 children. It was in Fall River she worked in the apartment industry until her retirement. After retiring, Pauline moved to Florida for 15 years and then finally to Maine to be closer to her children. She lived with her daughter in Strong Maine until 2021 when she moved to Edgewood Nursing Facility. While at Edgewood she enjoyed participating in activities, especially Bingo and music. She made many friends during her stay there; both staff and other residents.
Pauline is survived by her sister, Doris and husband Tony Pytel of Somerset MA; her daughter, Lori Crockett and her partner Lucille of Strong ME; her son, Ronald Lambert and wife Kim of Bangor ME; grandchildren, Katrina, Emma, Kieth, Shyanna, Sarionna and Zion; great grandson, Daxton; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Pauline also developed a very special bond with Brianna and Colby Prescott and always referred to them as her grandchildren.
Pauline is predeceased by her mother and father, Cora and Aram Lamothe; her sister, Jeanne Cote; and brother, Alfred Lamothe.
She moved to Florida for 15 years and then finally to Maine to be closer to her children.
The family gives special thanks to the staff at Edgewood and a very special thank you to the staff from Beacon Hospice, especially Tammy, Brooklyn and Nichole.
