Farmington – Wayne Stanley Staples, age 65, passed away on December 12, 2025, at Sandy River Center in Farmington, Maine. Wayne was born on August 18, 1960, the son of Joyce E Glidden. Wayne grew up attending North Anson School District and graduated from Carrabec High School. As a young man, Wayne enlisted in The United States Army and spent 12 years serving his country. He was a carpenter at heart and spent his time out of the military doing just that. He loved wood carving and building projects. Wayne leaves behind his brothers: Vaughn Staples of North Anson, Maine, Vance Jordan of Lebanon, Maine, and Bruce Jordan of Greenland, New Hampshire; his stepfather, Everett "Bud" E. Jordan of Rye New Hampshire; his sister's, Victoria (Staples), Violet (Staples) and Rebecca (Staples); and his nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his mother, Joyce E Glidden; and his grandparents, Andrew and Violet Hatch.
